FEEDBACJ REQUEST - SUPPLIER WARRANTY

Good day,

I purchased a phone from Telkom a P20 lite and the phone died the begining of December and never switched on again.

I have now received a quote for R5790.19 from telkom to have this phone repaired.

I would like to know what my warranty with you as the owner of the brand is, ive had the phone for just over a month when this occured, Telkom did not even give me an assessment report.

And i feel you should be aware as this type of service and aftersales service and negatively impact your brand.

At this point i feel like moving to a different brand as the product in my opinion based on my experience is of inferior quality.

The quote received is more the retail value of the device.

I would like feedback for this from the Brand since i have this write as the consumer thank you!!!!!!!
