Fantastic Service

At the age of 60 technology is a challenge for me. I was really struggling to sort out the linking and syncing of my sports watch to my app on the phone, as well as sync the Huawei and vitality apps. Despite what I did I failed and in my frustrating I came upon the Huawei call centre number and I called to see if they couold help. I called and spoke briefly to someone who seems not to understand what help I needed. so I cut off the call and then spoke to Phumzile Khosa. She was amazing, patience and sorted me out. Not only did she sort out the watch and Haewei app link. She also helped me to sync the two apps.

I was so so very happy to get the help. Phumzile you are a star! Thanks a mil.
