False promises and false advertising

I would just like to point out that Huawei makes false promises, i recently got a p smart 2019 3 months old which i dropped and cracked the screen, i was told that i can get a free screen from their promo website, i did all the steps to apply but not even a SMS or email confirmation from them, i have been running around for a week now wasting airtime and my time trying to get my phone fixed. let me just say that their service is terrible and this is the last time i ever buy a Huawei product and that is a promise that i will keep, Huawei has terrible after sales service.
