False marketing Mate 20 Pro

I AM SUPER FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR FALSE MARKETING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a Huawei Mate 20 pro that was on promotion with the hopes of being able to claim for a Huawei GT watch , but every time i tried to claim for the watch when i entered the two IMEI number the website kept saying the number doesn't exist . I called Huawei contact center numerious times........with hopes that i would get help but nothing instead I was promised by the consultant that they will claim the watch for me and contact me before end of business and till today I am still waiting. I WANT MY WATCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
