False advertising - Vodacom & Huawei

On 11 May 2023 I upgraded my vodacom contract to the Double Deal Huawei Nova 11i series. The deal advertised was x2 Huawei Nova 11i phones + x2 Bluetooth Headsets for R599pm. The deal was signed and finalised then the consultant at Vodacom advised they unfortunately do not have stock of the Bluetooth Headsets, but will be in contact with me within the next 2 weeks approx end May 2023. Time has passed by and no headsets were received. Was then told to get in contact with Huawei themselves regarding the headsets. I have been in contact with Christopher Walker since and still haven't been assisted. It has now been 6 months and this has yet not been resolved. This is false advertising from both Vodacom and Huawei. Please advise what next steps are for me to get what I was promised.
