False advertising on Huawei website

In August 2019 I purchased a Huawei Y9 Prime phone and subsequently dropped the phone resulting in the screen cracking. On Huawei's website they clearly advertise that they will repair/replace a screen that is cracked within the first three month's of purchase. When I contacted the customer service they claim this is not the case. In future I will never purchase a Huawei phone if this the service one is expected to receive.
