False advertising by Huawei

I purchased a Huawei Nova 12i and on the advert it was indicated that the phone comes with a free Huawei care complimentary service and complimentary Huawei care 100 day screen protection insurance. My phone accidentally fell and I was advised telephonically by their agent to take it to the repair center. When I get there I must give them the phone's serial number. I did as I was told and at the repair center they want confirmation in writing. Huawei is now taking me from pillar to post.
