FALSE ADVERTISING BY HUAWEI

I bought a Huawei i12 on contract at MTN Jabulani mall on 11/04/2024. The advert indicted that the phone comes with a free Huawei Care 100 - day screen protection insurance. It must be registered within 14 days from the day of purchase. When I try to register it on their website, the Huawei i12 is not on the list and there is no option to put it. How am I supposed to register it if it's not on the list?
