False advertising

Hello hellopeter. I think you should offer a negative rating for Huawei. It's pathetic that they don't offer human support for such a huge sale which was basically false advertising to lure people to their website. The black friday sale today was **** and something should be done about it. Absolutely disappointed and the worst part of this is that they won't even respond to complaints.
