FALSE ADVERTISING

cant believe this i purchased a Huawei because of the promotion they had with the wrist band and The wireless charges i Purchased the phone over a week while the promotion was still on so i only received my phone today and now they are telling me im not getting anything with the phone because the promotion ended who's fault i only received the phone today , they delivered the phone this morning ? so is this how you guys catch the people to buy the new phones and then tell them sorry the promotion ended , im so disappointed FALSE advertising ............
