False advertising

<p>My Huawei P8 have screen damage. Its advertised that i qualify for 2 screen repairs or 2 logic board replacement or 1 of each. I took my phone last night to the service center in Canalwalk and they advise me i dont qualify for the above as i bought the phone by Cellc. I double check to see if that clause is drafted anywhere on the advert. </p> <p>I then contacted the call centre in JHB and they called the head office which they confirmed they won't repair my device because its a cellc phone. When i bought the phone nothing like that was mentioned and on the advert state " OWNERS of the HUAWEI P8 will be ABLE to send in their DEVICE for TWO FREE REPAIRS"</p>
