Falls advertising

I bought Huawei p20 within 2 months my charger and headset were nolongr working.. Battry doesnt last 4 a day. Internet is too slow.. I tried to communicate with them no1 want to help. A lady i spoke with told m to go buy new charger and headset.. When it says on my contract chargr and headset hv 6months warranty. I only hv this phone less than 3months
