Extremely Slow Service

It has been 3 weeks since I handed in my P10 Plus for repairs - they are still waiting for parts. Huawei phones / devices are cheaper then the competition, but it makes sense if you consider they do not appear to have invested in support in South Africa.

Seems Huawei's model is to pay less now and wait longer for service and support. My P10 also need to be given in for repairs - stuck focus on camera, same issue I have on the P10 Plus.
