Extremely Rude Call Centre Agent from Insurance

I honestly did not appreciate how I was treated by the call centre agent from your insurance department. I wanted a quote, so I requested a call back. He called me back, then I explained that, it's fine I won't be taking the insurance. However, he kept on calling back, forcing me to take it. He was out of tone and very disrespectful!! at som point i told him, "no, I will not be taking the insurance, do not call me back" and guess what, he immediately called back. If that is not consumer harassment I don't know what is. Very dissapointing, I even regret buying a Huawei phone, if this is how your stuff treats customers, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!!
