Extremely Poor Service

I took my phone for repairs on the 25th Jul. Was told it will take 7_10 days.It's almost a month now.no communication,no job number to follow up.Their phone is never answered. They are utterly unprofessional. I'm the only one calling the repair centre and they can't trace my phone with no job number.I'm disgusted by the service and won't recommend it to anyone.I regret ever buying a Huawei phone and I'm def telling friends and family to stay away from the brand.
