Extremely bad after sale service, CANAL WALK

I am very disappointedpointed in the way Hauwei handles a faulty computer or rather a "dud' laptop that I bought from them. I had the laptop for 3 weeks when I noticed the sound is very soft, 3 weeks after I have handed in my laptop at Hauwei Canal Walk I was told after I had to enquire, there is no after sales !!!! that they are waiting for a new speaker, which by the way when the got the new speaker that this too was very soft. We are now 5 weeks in the waiting when they came to the conclusion that the motherboard need replacing.....I am a novice when it comes to technology, but replacing a motherboard is almost remaking the laptop and still I am waiting. my question is why can't the laptop be replaced by a new one as this is clearly a **** product I got
