Excellent customer service by Huawei Consultant

Excellent customer service by Keletso Maishoane..he was patient,courteous and well informed..unlike my previous interactions with Mtn call centre agents it was such a pleasure to deal with some one who was professional and so helpful.. I couldn't access my email or the Google play store and I'm not tech savvy but Keletso was so patient without having an attitude he assisted me through each step without being condescending. I think Mtn should actually ask Huawei to help train their consultants..I ran out if airtime and he even called me back as my query was still unresolved at that time. He didn't try to pass it on to some one else.. it was such a pleasure calling and speaking to some one who was actually aware of what he was doing..Well done Keletso Maishoane you so Huawei proud..
