Empty promises and **** customer care

Firstly struggled to book phone in beginning of November 2018, phone gets booked in 24 nov18 i receive no feedback without a job number. I had to phone the courier services to find out where my phone is only to find out its at a place called two tins in cape town not even a huawei center. Its a month now of phoning them all the time for a repair progress after i was told it would take 7 working days for the usb port/charging port to be replaced im still waiting! Two tins does not know what customer services mean all they say is still waiting on parts. **** services!!!!!!!!!!!!
