Dropping the Ball

When I saw the 90% off Black Friday promotion I got super excited as it was everything my charity Project18 needed. A laptop for us to work on an amazing phone to get the pictures we needed for marketing as well as in contact with people on the go and finally the watch so we were connected all the time.

I sat there waiting for the countdown only for it to reset when it reached zero and not make the Buy button clickable. So I was not able to click the button at all. I refreshed the website logged out logged in again on multiple devices and still nothing worked. Eventually when it did work it was all sold out.

This was a massive disappointment as would have been a major boost to our charity as well as me being a massive Huawei fan.

2hrs later the website was still glitching and I wasnt able to purchase a P40 on special and when it did eventually work it was sold out again.

Same for the watches.

After todays experience of not being able to get any of the products needed I can say I will be moving away from Huawei and changing over to another brand.

Sad for me as I really loved the brand. But not again after this experience.
