Don't take Huawei insurance! Worst decision ever

I have a Huawei pro insurance and submitted my claim a month ago. To date, my claim has not been processed. When you call to be escalated, the call center agents say they don't have managers? How is that so? So they work unsupervised? I've sent a complaint, no response from them. I am frustrated and my screen is just getting worse. But miss a premium and they will be harassing you to pay
