Don't bye a Huawei phone ever I will never again .

P9 Phone stopped working after water got onto it I read my warranty and its covered and phoned in to book for repair the call center 1st said no its not covered after I said please find out as even online Huawei states that water damage and even cracked screens are covered then the story changed and yes it is covered and I can make the booking , booked it in with the collect and delivery as they do not have a outlet in Pretoria on the 3rd. I phoned them on the 7th and they said yes I did book it and they will arrange with Ram to collect the next day on the 10th when I phoned again sorry they will arrange it with Ram on the 14th I phone again sorry for the delay need to confirm my work address again on the 17th I phoned again and now the address where I have been working for the past 5 years where Ram ,Takealot and even Vodacom delivered does not exist and its again sorry we will contact you later to arrange the pick up .
