Don't buy Huawei

I did an upgrade in June 2020.i asked the agent does the Huawei y7p download the Bolt driver app I was told yes. Till today still waiting for it to be loaded. They said that they will give me a loan phone in the mean time still waiting for that. When I last contacted them I was told the loan phone was delivered and signed for.. I did not receive it. They can't tell me who signed and received the loan phone.. I will Never buy a Huawei phone again.. Don't buy Huawei...
