Don't buy a Huawei watch

I have a Huawei watch which has never worked accurately since I got it and I only realized it when I compared it to other brands. Although, it wouldn't pick up my heart rate for no reason every now and then. I sent it for repairs but they wanted me to pay R3, 000 to repair it first, which is seriously ridiculous as neededless to say I'd buy another watch for that price, then they didn't want it to send it back to the shop as I didn't decline that offer on an mail which I never got, they said they'd keep it until I rep**** to an email which I never got, finally the shop managed to get it back with the report that all it needs is a software upgrade which after 2 and 1/2 months they were not able to assist. Disgusting service! Don't buy a Huawei watch really waste of money. It's junk yet it costs as a top brand.
