Doggy Promotion

<p>Got a Huawei P9 on contract at Telkom Mobile.It was on a promotion.The promotion was that you get a pair of Hugo Sunglasses but a month letter no sunglasses!Registered the phone purchase on the huaweip9.co.za but still no acknowledgement!Why is Huawei promoting this product and then you don't deliver?</p>
