Do not repair you phone at HUAWEI service centers

Took my phone to HUAWEI Customer Service Centre in Canal Walk for the battery replacement on 28 December. Today is 6 Jan 2020 and I have not heard anything from them. I contacted the service center any they basically had no idea what was going on. Now I'm minus my phone and the R199 I payed for the Battery Replacement promotion.
