I purchased the Huawei fit 4, and it did not count my steps accurately. On a daily basis, it counted more than 2000 steps extra, I logged a return, and the watch was picked up. I was advised that it takes 14 business days for a complete investigation to be conducted on the physical watch as well as it's software. It’s been a month now, and the only communication I have received was of them informing me that their watch is defective. The employees keep telling me they’ll contact me or just say the matter is being escalated. After a number of their employees confirmed that the watch is defective and advised me they will issue a refund to date they have still not processed any refund. All they do is lie at Huawei. Pathetic service, Pathetic product. Would not recommend this product or company at all!
