Dissatisfied

I purchased a contact with telkom with the mate 20 pro and the promo GT watch, I was notified days later that I was successful only to then delivered a Bluetooth speaker instead, I contacted customer service then and was told that I am now unsuccessful I never took possession on the Bluetooth speaker, as I wanted answers the manager just gave stories after story, they told me a representative from hauwawi will contact me shortly, 6 months I am still waiting for a response, I have spoken to many family and friends who say this is just a **** as alot of their customers do not receive the promotion gifts, this is really disappointing from a well astablished company, as I am a professional I don't have the time to follow up with these problems
