Dissapointed in Huawei online services using Ram courier services

I am very disappointed with the online service I have recieved from Huawei.

On Monday the 15th of July I placed an online purchase of a fit 3 watch to surprise my wife for her birthday which turned into a nightmare for the both of us.

I've been tracking the delivery of the watch only to recieve an email at 5pm on the 18th of July that the watch has been recieved by someone else in a completely different location. Note that the courier service"RAM" did not call or even verify if the reciever is the correct person. I mean how unprofessional can you be!!???

On Friday the 19th of July I've been calling @HauweiZA and @RAM hand to hand courier services back and forth fighting to either get my R3000 back or to recieve a new order.

Hauwei agents promised to send a new order and RAM agents promised that their driver would retrieve the parcel same day(19 July) and return it to me. Sadly both were telling lies just make me feel better.

Unfortunately I do not trust Hauwei online purchases anymore because here I sit R3000 less and no watch recieved not even a confirmation email to confirm what they promised I feel ******.
