Disgusting Service Return Policy Rejection

Absolutely disgusted at this rigmarole just to return a tablet that is within the 14 day return policy and I’m getting rejected over and over. We bought this tablet so that my parents can stay in touch with us as we live overseas. We were unaware that it doesn’t take a SIM card of which we truly require in order to communicate.

This return has been life draining as my two pensioner parents are stressing over the return of this tablet. So you won’t accept this brand new device if the box was open? I’ve been nothing but loyal to Huawei since launch in SA and I’m honestly beside myself at the customer service
