disgusting service from Huawei South Africa!

<p>So i been trying to get my Huawei nova screen repaired.</p> <p>I have been calling the melros arche repair center for over a month and been giving my details and getting promised they will call back when stock arrives and never do i get a call then when i call back asking why and whats happening i get told the stock arrived and its gone again.</p> <p>SO EMPTY PROMISES ON THEIR SIDE WHICH IS TRULY DISGUSTING.</p> <p>my phone is not just over three months old and due to them taking their time i forfeit my free screen repair for a phone that’s costing me alot and now they want to charge me nearly R2000 to repair it when it was bad customer service on their side.</p> <p>I contacted Huawei mobile on facebook hoping that i will get some help from them only to be informed that sorry they do not help you when you call in as they been advising when i give my details they only assist if you take your phone in and if there is no stock then you leave your phone and only then will they order a screen for you and when it arrives they will repair your phone so meaning i will be with out a phone as i need to leave my phone there and that where they say they will do it the same day is a lie.</p> <p>I am so disappointed in this and regret ever changing from Samsung as i got the most amazing service from them and was always assisted if you called in they contacted back when they said they would and kept stock when it was needed.</p> <p>So complaining about this will get me no where i have noticed that but at least it might help others to not make a stupid choice and move over to this brand.</p>
