Disgusting service from Huawei

Huawei has the worst customer service. I sent my phone in for repairs it’s been a week already and no update. I have called the call center many times and their response is,” sorry nothing has been loaded on the system”. Send countless emails with no response at all. Very quick to ask you to pay a quotation cancellation fee and payment for repairs before they repair it. Once they receive money then you dont matter. Its like they doing you a favour. Might aswell take the phone to china mall and repair it with a quarter of the price and get quality service. Very disappointed and disgusted will the level of customer service. I can just imagine the quality of workmanship. Pathetic.
