Disgusting, Poor service From KENLEY(service manager)

Utterly Disgusted at the service received at huawei menlyn. This supposed to be a flagship store and the service was absolutely pathetic. The manager KENLEY has absolutely no decency to call me back, eventually he calls back and promises to.give feedback and still no call back. They insisted I drive to the store to pick up my device coz they did not want yo release to the person I sent with. It was fine for them to take the device in from the person coz it was a sale for the repair but to release it there was an issue. It's totally unfair n disgusting to.see what the level of service is at... If this is the level of service that the service manager gives u can imagine the staff that report to him!!
