DISGUSTING BAD SERVICE

If I could give a 0 star I would. I had very bad service from the people there from the time I walked in. Walked into the store at 5:45 and you could see how bored that assistant was by me, he delayed answering questions I was asking, I had to ask multiple times. I understand it was 15 mind before the store closed but it wasn't 6:00pm yet.

Then I was told since my phone was fixed by a third party before there's a waiver form I'd have to sign, no problem I said. I instructed them to send it to my work email, I'll sign and email it back. The next day at 9am I got an email that a waiver form would be sent when the manager comes back. Fast forward to 3pm in the afternoon no waiver, I had to send multiple emails asking for the waiver since I wouldn't get my phone if it's not signed. I got a response from the consultant that "it slipped his mind", that was very unprofessional and unbothered. It slipped his mind, Iv never been so disgusted by a service. It was my first and last time I used hauwei Melrose services.

To top it all off my loudspeaker now sounds like an old radio, it's awful scratchy and makes it hard to hear anything and not as loud as it was before I took it in for repairs. I would never reccomend this store to anyone sane.
