Disgusted with level of service

Disappointed in the treatment of your so called VIP clients. Getting phone repaired has been a nightmare and complete waste of my time/energy and airtime. Call Centre agents repeating memorized lines like a parrot is not service.

Integrity. Service.

Sorry guys, back to the drawing board.

I thought Huawei was better value money but I guess you get what you pay for.
