Disgusted with Huawei P40 Pro

I have bought the P40 pro, I always loved my top of the range phone from Huawei, but I have been waiting for more then a year to have the e-sim sorted out.... This was a total waist of money as Mtn also can't give me answers.

No use in having the best.... And things don't work on it. I am grately dissapointed and no one is even trying to sort things out....

I have been waiting long enough for the empty promises. I do request a full reimbur*****t or a new phone with all things working.
