Disgussting Huawei after sales service

I upgraded two contracts and took two Huawei P30's which in the booklet and the promotion at the time, I was suppose to receive free Band 2 Pro, Wireless charging case and wireless charger... which I did not, after going to the store and speaking to the Huawei agent, she escalated it to Head office and got the run around. I am very disgusted in the after sales service from Huawei , they do not honour their promises and keeps giving you the run around but never ever a clear answer as to what they are willing to do to solve the problem..... I am at verge of returning the phones and getting another brand that keeps their promises....
