Disappointing service

Thescriber of this post is Maria M Parman. Good day Please welcome Huawei Mobile A company that hides behind terms and conditions. I am very disappointed in the way you attempt to resolve my query. Just because i did not know about your 14 day registration proses for the 100 day care nor the consultant that assisted me because she was working from home and did not received any trainni g regarding that you choose rather to shift the blame than to take ownership. I would have understood if i have claimed after 100 days but i claimed within 100 days. You did not even suggest that you can accommodate me with have of the payment you just choose to shaft your terms and conditions in my face. No wonder people are moving back to Samsung.
