Disappointing service at Huawei Customer Care in Cornubia Mall

Extremely disappointed with the service at Huawei Customer Care in Cornubia Mall. My Huawei P30 device is under a year old and the front camera suddenly contains moisture. Upon assistance at the Huawei store, I was told the part to replace the camera / change the camera will be arriving within a day or two. It has now been 2 weeks and the part has not arrived. I have gone into the store more than 4 times already and I keep getting the same response that they will call me when it is in.

Now I do understand that with the pandemic and lockdown parts have been delayed but not 2 weeks especially since it's just moisture and not a cracked camera that needed changing. The device is even still under warranty. Very disappointed. Especially being a first time Huawei owner.
