Disappointing service

The service at this center is of concern and the attitude of the staff is of a nonchalant nature. I went there to replace a battery on a old model phone and was told that they cant help because they also have to replace the screen on the phone as it is generic. Of course it will be because it is an old model phone so how does it make sense that in order for me to replace the battery which costs R99 and now also have to fork out an additional R1400 to replace a screen that has no cracks or any type of damage.I was told that it is their policy and they are unable to assist or let me say they don't want to assist cause it is a small sale and they want to milk us the consumers for every penny we can give. How does this make sense at all.I cant take my car for a service and then the next minute I am told that they have to replace my entire engine because I used NGK plugs instead of Bosch. I mean now really now. Stay away from Huawei as they don't care about keeping there customer that have supported them for years
