Disappointed with huawei bad service and **** to me big time

I am so disappointed and angry at the same time, I bought my phone at Telkom midrand 02 December 2024, of which it goes along with the gifts, of which till today I haven't received my gifts, firstly I was told they contacted me on the wrong number, mind you, I waited for 14-21 business working days, I did sent an email complaining, I was told to wait again for 14-21 working days, nothing happened, no communication, I kept on sending emails, I even called Huawei, I was promised they will deliver but at this moment, I feel like I am stupid, huawei doesn't take us customers serious, @huawei your service is poor, you **** to your clients 😭
