Disappointed in Huawei

Very disappointed in my Huawei P Smart the screen crack so easy to be honest I did not even know how I carry the phone in my shirt pocket same as all the Samsung phones for many years and never had a problem. Vodacom refuse to help me they say I am not insured witch is not true but yes a person can't fight a huge company all we can do is walk away from bad products and service.
