Disappointed Huawei care insurance

Very disappointed with the Huawei care vivo insurance in Johannesburg. It's been two months without a phone because of a cracked screen. No feedback on my claim, they keep on telling me they have back log I must just wait. Unprofessional staff, dropping phone while talking. Very disgusting service.
