Disappointed customer

I was a loyal Samsung customer ever since I got I 1st mobile device, but then I had to get a new 1 a month ago an decided to change to hauwei to see what it's about. I'm ever so sorry 1stly they run promotions but you struggle to claim these thing customer care is just as useless. I was so looking forward to getting my free Bluetooth earbuds, but now I can't even put a claim in an nobody can help. Never again
