Disappointed

Very disappointing purchase. The Huawei earbuds only connect to one Huawei phone and won’t connect to anything else, despite trying everything. I contacted Huawei support multiple times to arrange a return, but I still haven’t received any proper help.

How am I supposed to spend my money on a product that doesn’t work and then be left stuck with it? Very unhappy with both the product and the customer service.
