Disappointed and Angry

im a bit concerned on an encounter I experienced at Huawei Cornubia, my Huawei P30 just went blank,so i took my phone there,when i get there they checked it,and saw that there were no signs of it falling as the screen was still in tact,after that the consultant called the rest of the team,and found a lil scratch,one that is hardly noticeable,and after that they told me my phone was out of warranty,however when i had checked online i was assured i had 1 year warranty,but they told me with that lil scratch,my warranty was Void,ok thats fine because i wanted my phone fixed,where i paid R1999,on the 31st of December 2019,i was then told that i would receive my phone on Saturday latest Sunday,when i called on Sunday,i was told that they would contact me by latest Tuesday as it would be ready(which is today) but still no contact,which is when i started to clearly read my slip,and i noticed that it said i was assisted by Senzo whereas,thats not the name of the person that helped me.....now im really suspicious if i even had to pay the money or not,as all i keep hearing are lies....please would you guys urgently assist,as i dont have a phone,and was not even given a loan phone
