Device Repair Delays

The technicians at Huawei Melrose Arch have had my phone for more than 10 days and they do not answer the phone when I call to enquire about my device status. I was told that the issue will be fixed within 7 days but still nothing now. This is unacceptable and the customer care keeps telling me to log on the website to track the status as if that will bring back my phone.
