DEVICE IN FOR REPAIRS FOR 7 MONTHS

I booked in my Hauwei device on the 1 November 2019. The IMEI: YDFBB 19/0420 and SN: 2123. I still have not received it to date!!!!!! Pathetic Pathetic, I went to store 4 weeks ago, was told to go to the police station to get an affidavit of which I did, was told the device is in Midrand it will be delivered to me. I still have not received the device. A WHOLE 7 MONTHS, a WHOLE 7 MONTHS of which I have paid a some of R1800 and still not received. I have been on TWITTER to complain, the contact center and store but I am still not being assisted.
