Deliver on your promises

<p>Having upgraded my Vodacom contract at the beginning of Nov to the P9 on the summer promotion it has been one disappointment after the next. Huawei and Vodacom offer a Woolworths voucher if u upgrade. First a week after the offer started the vouchers were not available. When I eventually received my voucher 2 weeks later it could not be redeemed. The email address I was directed to does not exist. Vodashop Clearwater just shrugs and says its a Huawei problem and Huaweis manager and regional manager just keep stringing me along and blaming the voucher company - TLC rewards. NOT GOOD ENOUGH please deliver on what was promised and advertised. Its that simple. Its been almost 6 weeks since I upgraded my contract. Is it that difficult. </p>
