DELAYED ORDER

Order Number : *** - I placed an order for a cellphone which was paid for on Saturday morning (19th Feb) and to date the status has not been updated. With the nature of order and considering the past experience, it should be marked as Priority. I called the call center and spoke to Romeo Datsun who could not tell me the exact status of the order instead he keeps on referring me to RAM couriers that I will get an SMS. How can one get an SMS when the status is not even shipped yet. Can someone call me and advise what is happening with the order or give me the correct status.
