DEAD HUAWEI MATE 20 PRO

I took a vodacom contract for an huawei mate 20 pro (Imei: ********** ********** 2) on the 20/11/2018 out of my love for huawei products but too my utmost disappointment 3 months down the line the phone couldn't get signals anymore & became extremely hot.i took it in for repair since 23/02/2019 and i was told the phone was going to take 3 to 4 working days to be fixed as its still under warranty and also insured. i went back to check after 4 working days and i was told they cant get the part and it isn't available at their headquarters . was informed that my phone would probably not be ready anytime soon as the part wasn't available. Firstly i am paying so much for this phone per month (R888.80). i have only paid for 3 months ,i still have 21 months more to pay and the installment is still been deducted from my account even though the phone doesn't work and it is not with me. i feel its unfair on my side if a supposed brand new phone is already having motherboard related issues. even if the phone is fixed i wouldn't feel convenient paying for the next 21 months for a phone that i know that the motherboard has been tampered with.

I want my phone replaced .i feel i was given a refurbished phone.i am now beginning to doubt the brand. sent couple of email on huawei website but no one is responding or hearing me out .
